1. All prices are in INR.
2. Local taxes and duties would be applicable on each part or service as applicable.
3. AMC charges only includes labour charges, Consumables/Spare if needed would be extra as applicable.
4. PSS AMC is only applicable to Mechanical & Detailing jobs, PSS AMC does not include Engine overhauling, A/c, Electrical & accessories work like central locking, stereo and similar kind of work.
5. Working hours for PSS 9 am to 8 pm on all week days, other than Thursday.
6. Services used beyond the normal timings would be liable for addition charges and would also depend upon availability of resources, please ask our helpdesk for details.
7. Prices are subject to change without prior notice & price ruling on the date of supply will be charged.
8. PSS would not be responsible for any part warranty in case of accident or theft.
9. Warranty of the parts would be sole responsibility of the manufacturer; PSS would not take any responsibility in case of warranty not agreed by the part manufacturer with a valid reason for non acceptance.
10. All payments have to be made in advance to PSS for any kind of services or spares, but customer has a liberty of payment on delivery not necessary to make payments online.
11. Refunds if any would take normal banking or reimbursement procedures, customer are requested to hold their patience to get the refunds done as per procedure.
12. PSS insists all their AMC holders to ensure no valuables left in your car before handing it over to our staff, PSS would not take any responsibility of the valuables found misplaced after return of PSS staff from customers premises.
13. During the course of car maintenance, If PSS staff suggests for any kind of part disorder and customer decided to carry on with the faulty parts, PSS would not take any responsibility for the parts failure. Kindly refer to your login page for details of such issues.
14. In a event of PSS team visiting for vehicle correction on customers demand and customer fails to spare the car beyond 30 mins, a charge of Rs.200 would be applicable and another booking needs to be made by the customer.
15. In case a customer wishes to get its car washed with water at its premises, all responsibilities lies with the customer for any complaints from RWA’s or neighbours or any other third party.
16. If there is a requirement of any car to be taken along by PSS staff for any kind of Job which is not possible to be corrected at customers place should be fueled by the customer only (No extra charges for driver).
17. There would not be any substitute vehicle arranged or provided in case of customer vehicle has to be kept by PSS overnight or longer.
18. Customers are requested to fill in the customer satisfaction survey after each visit of PSS team for better recording and services.
19. PSS is not a break down assistance company, so does not offers any kind of services related to tyre puncture, fuel supply on road, and other break down services on road. but PSS is always ready to support any of their customers in trouble, you can call us for the breakdown services on chargeable basis depending upon available resources with no boundation to PSS. Charges for different services would be told on call and charges for the same should be handed over to the attending supervisor/mechanic in advance.
